Mr. Oyebode Ojeniyi
Mr. Oyebode Ojeniyi a seasoned financial expert with over twenty-five years of experience
in the financial services industry (primarily in banking and insurance),
is the Group Executive Director, Corporate Services of SIFAX Group. In this role, he is
responsible for providing strategic leadership and managing the overall business operations of the group.

the Ogun State University.
Mr. Ojeniyi is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria and the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII),
United Kingdom. He is also an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
He has completed several executive programmes at leading institutions locally and
internationally including Harvard Business School, London Business School, New York Institute
of Finance and Lagos Business School.
Mr. KABA Abdoulaye
Mr. KABA Abdoulaye is an experienced professional with a rich and diverse career in
the banking sector, particularly in commercial and business management. His career demonstrates a
steady progression and a commitment to excellence and strategic development.
With over fifteen years of experience, Mr. KABA Abdoulaye has the skills to elevate Skye Bank Guinea
to a very appreciable level. In his previous role as Sales Manager for the construction and public sectors,
Mr. KABA Abdoulaye led a marketing team and developed innovative commercial strategies. Under his leadership,
the Bank experienced significant growth in its resources and revenues, obtaining a substantial market share.
Prior to that, he was Branch Manager at the Constantin branch in the Commune of Matam, Conakry, where he led a dynamic team

Mr. GBOLAGADE Sule
Mr. GBOLAGADE Sule is a banker with over 20 years of experience
spanning various departments, from day-to-day operations, agency operations coordination,
international operations and revenue operations. He served as
Regional Operations Coordinator in various regions of Nigeria for
former Skye Bank Plc, now Polaris Bank Limited.
He is a graduate of Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and holds an MBA in Finance from the same university.

Mr. Sule has both local and international training covering various aspects of
banking operations, credit risk management and business development. He served as
Director of Operations, Branch Coordinator and Regional Branch Operations
Coordinator for the Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti regions before being seconded to Skye Bank Sierra Leone as
Director of Operations from 2009 to 2011. During this period, he also served as
Managing Director of the bank.
Mr. Sule Gbolagade was transferred to Skye Bank Guinea as Director of Operations in 2011,
where he strengthened the operational capacity of the bank and was promoted to Executive Director in 2017.
He currently serves as Executive Director in charge of Operations and Technology at Skye Bank Guinea Conakry.
